Our programme isolates and trains each body part one at a time. By focusing on 1 body part at a time, it is easier and quicker to learn the correct movement pattern. Initially a club is not required as it would make learning the moves harder and take longer.
How it works
18 1-on-1 video tutorial lessons by a PGA professional, isolate and train the legs, hips, shoulders, arms and hands individually, one at a time.
You are taught what the individual correct positions are, and how to achieve them, and then you are taught how to combine them into your new fundamentally sound golf swing.
A video upload facility is provided within the programme. Your uploaded videos are analysed to measure your progress against the goal for each phase. Once achieved you move onto the next phase (body part)
